CVS proxy not working

The standard edition does not support SCC API integration, and our
plug-in (the same as all other SCC API providers) can not work in that
environment.

Excuse me for not providing you with this info:
It is the Standard edition that is causing the problem
We also have Professional Edition 2003 with all languages C#, C++, VB.NET
installed and these are running fine.

Dear Sir,

We are running the following software:

CVS proxy version 1.2.040518

Microsoft Development Environment 2003 7.1.3088
with Visual C# only

.Net Framework 1.1 1.1.4322

We have registered the proxy but it does not come up in Visual Studio. The
CVS menu items are not visible.

Do you have any explanation for this and how we can fix this?
