CVS Plug-in expires unexpectedly

About year ago we have purchased 5 seats for CVS plug-in (we can send Papal
receipt if you need it).

Now somehow our workstations started to report that the plug-in is
expired.
So far 3 out of 5 workstations required re-registration.
Every time it was fixed by going to the pushok.com site and re-register the
S/W.
I’m going to take vacations for a couple of weeks but our management is
very concerned that our engineers will be disconnected during my absence
and could not continue to work.

We think that as we purchased it we are entitled for static registration
licenses that work totally offline and forever.
We agree that at some point the support (bug fixing and upgrade to new
versions) could be terminated and we will have to pay for upgrade to the
next release and support.
Basically, we are asking for “shrink wrapped” product registration approach
like most software companies do.

As a testimonial for the *product itself*:
The product is excellent.
It works flawlessly with MS VS.Net 2003 in C/C++ and Intel FORTRAN modes.
Code Write 5.1 works too.
Actually, we are going to purchase more seats in the nearest future.
