CVS commit requires comment

Plug-in support comments on "check in", "add file" and "remove file"
operations. But comment provided by IDE, and exact place where this is
possible to do is different for different IDE.
If you use VS .NET you can add comment in:
a) pending checkins window, when press on comments buttons
b) for all non ".. now" operations (which are silent). Normal
operations can be accessed via "File\Source Control", or switching off
option "Display silent ... command" for Source Control options in IDE.
If you use plug-in with other IDE, let me know.
