COM.SVNAdmin.Error, HRESULT=80004003

Hi,

I get the error messages as described in the subject when trying to use the
SVNSCC 1.8.9 RC1 x64.
Previous versions work without that problem.
When I open the svncom.dll with the dependency walker, I find two missing
dependencies: msvdr90.dll and ieshims.dll. Adding those doesn't fix my
problem. But I'm wondering if I need to install additional dependencies in
order to make the plugin work.

Subversion version 1.7 is too old for me, otherwise I would use that.
