If you are running on Windows with Chinese localization, then SVNCOM should
work.
To be sure that SVNCOM installed correctly - please install SVNSCC this
version.
SVNCOM included in the installer and will be set up correctly.

I would like to know if the COM activex 'svncom' works fine on Chinese OS
?
Because I try to make an update but it doesn't works and I have not error
