Probably this is some error parsing log output from cvs. I will appreciate
if you can help us to resolve this. If you have some small time for this
please download this debug version of main dll:
http://www.pushok.com/files/PushokCVSSCC.zip
Replace existing one with this, try to repeat problem and the send the
"debuglog.txt" file to me. File located near the dll.

When I right click "Compare Versions" on a file in solution explore I got a
"unexpected error" message box, and the detailed message is "The operation
complete successfully". Actually, it does not compare anything at all. It
only happened on one file,other files are fine. See the attached image for
detail.
