Cancel this support request - the backup used was old, and not in-sync with
the source control. I will reset the objects in CVS, so they are they are
no longer who a checked-out status.

Backedup local source directory, and had pc rebuilt (pc name is the same as
it was before). Restored local source directory, and re-connected to
source control. Source Control does not recognize me as the owner for
files I had checked out. Cannot check-in the objects.
