checkout in main branch but still checkout when i go to a branch

This is correct.
CVS SCC isnt distinguishes branchs checkout.
Checkout is may be only for selected files.

When i check an object out in the main branch, and then i switch to a
branch, the object is still shown as checkout. Please confirm if this is
the entended result or it is abug?
