This error reports the cvs itself, and for me this can be caused by
incorrect permission on your working copy. As suggestion you can try do the
same on other drive or just check your permissions.

The error below is presented with attempting to checkin to CVS from VS .Net
2002. Checkout and undo checkout seem to work fine. Any ideas? Thank you!
