Yes, svn (not svn proxy) does not show who lock the file. Nothing to do
there. Earlier version of SVN even not support object locking (only
concurrent checkout were possible).

How do you determine who has the item checked out? I see notes from the
CVS proxy how to do this but the SVN proxy does not seem to support this.

In our testing I noticed that the checkout mark does not clear from within
PB even after the developer checks the object in even after refreshing the
whole PBL. You have to manually refresh that object. This only happens
when you are not the developer who checkd the object out. (two developers
sharing the same SVN repository).
