Can't checkout binary file in VS.NET 2005

( SVNSCC , VS .NET 2005, 1.4.0.x, WIN 2000/XP  )
Type: Public Status:Closed Created: 07 Feb 07 02:00 Updated: 08 Feb 07 02:00
--> Oleg Akolupin (admin)  at 08 Feb 07 02:00 writes

You can switch off "Use" reserved checkout mode for binary files (not
mergable)" option in "SVN Proxy properties" for work, but it is unsafe.
--> Oleg Akolupin (admin)  at 08 Feb 07 02:00 writes

Yes, you are right.
--> Dan Cooperstock (user)  at 08 Feb 07 02:00 writes

No, I get the same error message. Obviously that means it's not your
problem, so I will pursue this as an SVN problem more generally.

Thanks.

Can you do "Get lock..." for your problem file by TortoiseSVN ?
--> Dan Cooperstock (user)  at 07 Feb 07 02:00 writes

When I try to check out a binary file (which it says is type
application/octet-stream in View History), I get the following error
message:

COM.SvnClient.Error, HRESULT=0x80020009
Lock request failed: Could not read response body: Secure connection
truncated (https://svn.sourceforge.net)

I have no problem checking out text files.
