several SCC providers and may be already work with SCC Switcher utility
this new one is for you.
SCC Dispatcher is the program that transparently switches different SCC
API providers. It is the tiny SCC API proxy, which makes switching on SCC
API level. It uses some tricks to redirect all communications to specific
provider. This allows to implement transparent switching. In other words
you now not need to check which provider is active now. You just can launch
the IDE and open project. Dispatcher will choose right provider for you
automatically.
