This version is fully redesigned if to compare with version 1.2. The
main change is in new way to access SVN. Now plug-in utilize SVNCOM library
instead of spawning executable client. This COM library allows to cache
authentication, eliminates any issues with localized file names and number
of files per operation. With this library plug-in now 1.5 - 2 times faster
than old one.
Another important change is the PushokRWMonitor service which eliminates
necessity to use patched clients with conjunction with plug-in. Now you can
use any other SVNGUI client and PushokRWMon service adjust the RO flag as
required.
New version of plug-in also support new SCC API 1.3 which is expected by
some IDE like VS.NET 2005. This also eliminates several issues in VS .NET
2002-2003 IDE (issues with ~sak... files for instance).

Added new utility - PushokRWMon. This utility solves issue with read-only
files behavior. PushokRWMon runs in background and monitor changes of
"entries" files adjusting read-only flag as necessary. It enables it when
file is not "checked out" and disables otherwise.

Support of new SCC API 1.3. This greatly increases plug-in usability and
provides better compatibility with VS 2005.

Direct usage of SVN client code through SVNCOM. It helps in solving all
problems with national encodings in file names and comments. Also it brings
at least 50% in working speed working in client filesystem mode and up to
100% in client server mode.

"Launch source control" operation now provides two substitute variables
%URL and %PATH. This allows to configure standalone GUI (Tortoise for
instance) to open something specific to these things.

NEW Installer now is MSI based.

ADJ Progress dialog is appearing better and contains progress bar working
for http and https protocols.

ADJ Plug-in now supports all authentication schemes and interactive
authentication. It also can work without authentication caching.

BUG "Bind to SVN" (Open from source control) now appears without delays.
