This update includes not very important but useful updates. The main are
the history dialog redesign, support of bug id fields and better conflict
handling. We are also update SVN client code to 1.3.1. We hope that new
changes will be found useful.

Fully redesigned history dialog. Now it shows information in Tortoise
alike style plus have an ability to show repository graph. The functional
enhacments include: ability to modify revisions properties and paging for
large history lists.

Improved procedure of conflict resolution. Now it is possible to resolve
conflict at any time and not only right after it appears.

NEW
Added support for 3-way compare tools for conflict resolutions.

NEW
Added support for bug id input and validation according to Tortoise SVN
specs.

Library linked against SVN 1.3.1 code.

ADJ
Error objects from svn library now are processed recursively, so the full
error information is thrown outside of COM object.
