We like to announce new version of plug-in - version 1.4. The primary
change in this version is support of client library of Subversion version
1.4. Working copies of SVN 1.3 and 1.4 are not backward compatible, so this
is enough important.

For better compatibility with other Subversion GUI tools added several
configuration options which control how plug-in determines checked-out file
status. Options allows to choose combination between file lock state, file
modification and local checked out tag.

Slightly changed conflict resolution logic to prevent appearing of conflict
markers when user declines suggestion to resolve conflict right after
