SVNSCC x64 not showing up in Visual Studio 2008 on Windows 7 x64 RTM

( SVNSCC , VS2008, 1.6.x, WIN 7 x64 RTM, x64  )

In this case you should use 32bit version of the plugin as VS2008 is 32bit
and it can't work with 64bit applications.

On clean install of Windows 7 x64 I installed VS2008. I then installed
TortoiseSVN x64 v1.6.4.16808 and SVNSCC x64 v1.6.0.4 and launched VS2008.
The plug-in seemed to work properly. I then installed SP1 for VS2008 and
the plug in disappeared. I have uninstalled and re-installed SVNSCC several
times and the plug-in never shows up under Tools > Options > Source
Control. The dropdown box only contains (None). If install the 32 bit
versions of TortoiseSVN and SVNSCC the plug in shows up in VS2008 but won't
invoke TortoiseSVN to browse the repository or check in/out. Please advise.
