SVNSCC 1.5.1.3 Not Showing Who Checked Out Object

We have no plans in place to move to the 1.6 version of the Subversion
clients. Will this issue be fixed in 1.5? Please let us know. We
have a large IT operation that has many controls in
place. We must plan for our vendor software upgrades.
If you do not plan to fiz this in 1.5 please let us know so we can prepare
for an upgrade of all our Subversion client software to 1.6.

I've evaluated the fix included in SVNSCC 1.5.1.3 and determined that it is
not complete/correct.

Though my userid is shown if I have the file checked out (displayed in the
"Lock:" column of the "PushOk SVN Proxy properties" window "File info"
tabpage) ... that column displays "non locked" for objects checked out by
another developer.

This is not correct. The object is locked. The userid of the developer
that checked out the object should be shown. That developer's userid is
shown in the "locked" column beside the item he checked out list in the
Tortoise Repository Browser and it should display in the PushOk SVN Proxy
properties.

Please advise.
